Order Processing

Processing and verification times range from same day to up to 3 business days for an order to ship.
Additional time may be required during public holidays or promotion periods.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Estimated time to receive your parcel is 2 days to 1 week, depends on region. Usually within 2 days for West Malaysia, 1 week for East Malaysia.

 All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Unclaimed Package

7 days are allocated for you to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. 

Lost or Damaged Goods

You understand and agree that Moringa Berry Malaysia shall not bear any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services that we provided. All items purchased are at your own risk. Any damages caused by the shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We shall not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

NOTE: We may ask you for further documentation as proof of identification before we process your order. Without this information we maybe unable to move forward with your order until this has been provided.
